Martin Burgess

Martin brings a unique blend of corporate experience and local market knowledge to every client relationship. After spending 17 years building a career in corporate America, he transitioned into real estate in 2016. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Martin grew up in the Midwest before making Austin his home in 1998, giving him decades of firsthand knowledge of the area’s growth and neighborhoods.

Martin specializes in commercial leasing, helping businesses identify spaces that align with their operational needs, growth plans, and long-term objectives. Whether assisting startups searching for their first office or established companies negotiating lease renewals, he is committed to providing strategic guidance throughout every stage of the leasing process. With a client-focused approach, Martin works diligently to negotiate favorable terms and ensure his clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Martin enjoys taking on home improvement projects with his fiancée and spending time at the pool table. An accomplished player and instructor, he has a passion for teaching billiards and helping others improve their game. Whether working with clients in real estate or coaching someone on the finer points of pool, Martin is driven by a genuine desire to educate, build lasting relationships, and help people achieve their goals.
