We manage every piece of the process: Analyzing your long-term needs, searching the entire market, touring, guidance with site selection, negotiating terms, negotiating lease documents, and construction management. Our goal is to structure the most aggressive deal possible while mitigating short and long term risk for our clients. These services cost you nothing.


Successful companies are often interested in buying property instead of leasing because of the long term financial benefits. We help locate available properties, arrange inspections, get construction bids, connect you with financing options and evaluate the cost of purchasing vs leasing.


As part of our services, we help you negotiate the deal term, cost, the business terms of the lease agreement, and look out for your best interests when negotiating with the landlord or owner. We utilize our experience in the market to avoid costly pitfalls, create competition by introducing multiple properties, bring industry knowledge and communication with the landlord’s broker, ownership and the market to shape the deal for our clients’ benefit, and help our clients secure the deal.


Whether you’ve outgrown your space or downsized, disposing of space is sometimes necessary. We use a variety of resources to give your office a leg up on the competition. We introduce our clients’ spaces to our developed network of brokers and on various listing services.


Tenant and Buyer Representation fees are generally paid by landlords and property owners at market rate commissions, which are contingency-based. We do not require a retainer, and we do not charge our clients hourly fees. Our fees are market driven and consistent across all building alternatives, and we only get paid when we successfully complete a transaction for our client.
