Chad Jewell is the founder and principal broker of Austin Office Space, now with 25+ years in the Austin market. Shortly after starting his career in commercial real estate in 1998, Chad created AustinOfficeSpace.com after seeing a need in the Austin market for a modern brokerage representing tenants, buyers, and a select group of local property owners. Chad enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs and helping navigate the challenges of growth within the rapidly expanding Austin market. Chad focuses on delivering service beyond the traditional broker duties and seeks a consultancy role with his clients, getting underneath the basic real estate requirements to help them make smart business decisions.

Chad holds a degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa. Since moving to Austin from his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, he has been very involved in the Austin community. He is currently active with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Chad has previously been involved with many local organizations such as Bootstrap Austin, Habitat Young Professionals, TAG, Metropolitan Breakfast Club, Toastmasters, Young Execs, and Landmark Education.

Chad and his wife Velissa have two boys ages 14 and 13. In his free time, Chad enjoys indoor rock climbing, hiking, and traveling with his family.

Don't let the name "Austin Office Space" make you think that this company cannot help you with other commercial real estate needs. I have been working with Matt Watson trying to find a location in the Austin market for our store.
