Shortly after starting his career in commercial real estate in 1998, Chad created AustinOfficeSpace.com after seeing a need in the Austin market for a modern brokerage firm that exclusively represents and serves occupiers. Chad enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs and helping navigate the challenges of growth within the rapidly expanding Austin market. Chad focuses on delivering service beyond the traditional broker duties and seeks a consultancy role with his clients, getting underneath the basic real estate requirements to help them make smart business decisions.
Chad and his wife Velissa have two boys ages 7 and 9. In his free time, Chad enjoys playing in local tennis leagues, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling with his family.
